LUMINOUS received an Innovate UK Smart Grant in 2022 to develop new immersive technology. This allowed the team to produce an advanced interactive control system.

Our interactive control system enables users to control various real-world and digital devices through simple body movements. This patent pending, versatile technology has a broad range of applications, particularly excelling in the entertainment and amusement sectors. It captures human movements and converts them into predefined actions, effortlessly allowing users to interact with their environment. 3D Zone Triggering

The system is capable of creating virtual 3D zones within the user’s space, effectively setting up invisible interaction areas. When a user enters these zones with any part of their body the system recognises this entry, and triggers predetermined actions across various technologies.
