Wicked UK & Ireland Tour

Overview

Luminous provided the Wicked UK & Ireland Tour with our gas and fuel management services. For the touring production, it was important to ensure each show remained consistently supplied to ensure seamless performances. The show required a range of compressed gases and liquid CO₂ for the haze and smoke effects that brought the Land of Oz to life on stage.

Luminous provided:

For the duration of the tour, we organised refills and transfers from venue to venue across the whole of the UK and Ireland. Deliveries had to be carefully scheduled to suit the production show times and they needed to meet the demands of each venue. With such a high-profile production, this show required ongoing, dependable suppliers.

"Luminous provide a fantastic service and efficient support that makes the logistics of touring around the UK with theatre shows much simpler, thereby ensuring the overall quality of the show remains as high as possible for audiences. Their management of gas supply services has allowed me to concentrate on looking after the artistic quality of the production, as well as managing the movements of the show across the country. The team at Luminous are always great to speak to and I would not hesitate to recommend them for use in the future."
